Hi there. I am the founder of the health and wellness group GRANTED wellbeing. After a career in politics and public service, I studied yoga and meditation initially to help and heal my then young son from debilitating developmental delays. Seeing firsthand the incredible effect yoga and meditation had on me and my family, I immersed myself in the ancient studies of Ayurveda which focuses on finding the root causes of what brings dis-ease into our lives and building rituals and routines to support us during challenging times but also our lifetimes! I now share the knowledge and my experience to help others.
